Μικρά, σαρκώδη φύλλα σε σχήμα καρδιάς, χρώματος κόκκινο-πράσινο. Άνθη λευκά που εμφανίζονται τέλος Άνοιξης - αρχές Καλοκαιριού.

Πολύ ανθεκτική ποικιλία, χρειάζεται ελάχιστη φροντίδα.

Ιδανικό για φύτευση σε γλάστρες, ζαρντινιέρες, για κρεμαστές γλάστρες και για φύτευση σε βραχόκηπους.

Χάρη στην πολυχρωμία του δημιουργεί εξαιρετικές αντιθέσεις αν συνδυαστεί με φυτά όπως οι Ετσεβέριες και άλλα παχύφυτα με όρθια ανάπτυξη.

Εξαιρετικό φυτό για να κρεμάσει από ψηλούς τοίχους.

English

It's an evergreen succulent plant with low and branched growth, with leaves, arranged along long stems.

The leaves are compact, fleshy of a heart shape, variegated in color from pink to creamy and from lemon green to dark red.

The intensity of its particular variegation changes, depending on the amount of light received and the time of year.

Also known as "Calico Kitten", it blooms with small white star-shaped flowers throughout spring/summer.

Care

• It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.
• It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 7 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.
• Water moderately and only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water it once a week in spring and summer, reduce it to once every two months in autumn and to suspend it completely in winter.
• The best soil is a well draining and porous one, for example formed by a mix of peat and pumice so that water does not stagnate.
• They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
